Murray Contracts

Murray Contracts is a family-run agricultural contracting business established in 1999 by Melvin Murray and based at Killylea, Co. Armagh. It cuts between 2,500 and 3,000 acres of pit silage and wholecrop per year and makes 8,000 to 10,000 bales of silage, hay and straw. The firm also spreads slurry using tankers and a Mastek umbilical system, and carries out ploughing, reseeding and a small tillage operation for customers in Armagh, Monaghan and Louth.
